abergavenny to merthyr?

is this the heads of the vally road?

just planning a route, is it any good? or would i be better going via pontypool, newbridge, meas-y-cwmer, caerphilly, nelson etc?

HOV is a shizzle road. If going from aber to merthyr it's quickest but dangerous and bad if stuck behind lorry.

i dont think i have been on the HOV, but been told its crap.

can be fuggin quick, can be fuggin dangerous and a very boring (did it last year after i met up with you lot at storey arms)
