Default spoiling my bike

ha..

wel as I do a lot of work in my shed/workshop.. and often there are nails n tacs and screws and shards of metal around and even though I pick them up and brush .. I was worried about my tyres as the bike is stored on the right hand side of the split shed. so.. this is my answer to the dilema.. piece of carpet that I roll out before rolling the bike out of storage..

couldnt get red carpet - wish I cudda done.. would have made a good start to gettin the bike out for a rideout..

now the carpet reaches right to the decking so no worries of stray sharp bits..

Just make sure when you roll it up again no nails or sharp bits get rolled up with it Good idea though, I always get paranoid when YC puts his in the garage, the amount of small puncturable things that could make their way onto that floor!

Liking the pretty woman quote there too Quiff, showing your macho-ness frightfully well

I thought you had done it just as a joke

Seems a bit sad. If I saw someone unrolling a carpet every time they got their bike out I would laugh.

But if it saves you a puncture then I guess it's worthwhile. If it was me I'd just clean the cobbles

Where'd you get the shed from, it looks like a belter! I'm looking for something similar for my bike with double doors and plenty of size.
