Default Eye balled the bear

saw the grizzly one today.
not on the green machine or the little madness,
but a small push bike.
whats going on, is this a way of avoiding a spill and getting the crashee mcgee?

sorry, no piccy.
was in the van, going home. only saw him, at the last minute. you don't expect to see the bear in shorts with a pushbike on the ealing road.
wish i had turned round now, thinking about it.
but was a bad day, starter motor packed up, so had to go get it fixed, not alot done!!!!

Did 35 miles by pushbike yesterday: Harrow to Parliament Square and back again. Part of my plan to get fit and skinny enough that you all find it harder to run away when I'm horny.

Be afraid, be very afraid...

Yep, and it's lovely. Might need to get a new seat though: after 3 hours on it I feel like my ass has taken a pounding.

Maybe I don't need a new seat after all...
