When you open a new tab in Firefox, How do you change the 'home' page i.e. the search engine you use?
I think an AVG update has changed it to yahoo & it's b*gging the h*** out of me ![]() ![]() I know Tools / options / Home page - but it's not that ![]() Sorry, bit of a lame request this I know but hopefully you can help ![]() Stu |

tools then options then type the address you want
edit. Don't know then lol |

If I go "File" then "New Tab" it just opens up as (Untitled). Do you mean that yours opens as yahoo?
If I click on the Home page button with the middle mouse button, it opens a new tab with my normal homepage (google) |

You mean open mutliple homepages on start up aye?
Can't remember, I moved onto opera, like it better, but will download firefox and tell you. Are you sure you can? I can't find a way to do it. Opera you definately can. Last edited by Sally; 18-06-09 at 05:12 PM. |

I use Chrome personally.. pretty clean and easy to navigate, easy on the eye.. tried Firefox..never really hooked me.. was expecting more from all the hype!
