Default S to a N

sorry if i have asked this but i cant remember (bad memory) and i might have been asked before

basically i want to go naked (yes been asked before)........ BUT!! not permanently, my backs not really playing up whilst im riding but its when i get off im in a fair bit of pain....... soooo i was wondering if there was a way to go naked relatively cost free, just to see if i like it and its more comfortable

im guessing i can just pull off the fairings and put bars on?

IIRC some of the cables aren't long enough to facilitate the raised bars, but you don't need to remove the fairings to put higher bars on

Go for a demo ride on some naked bikes at dealers? Seems it'd be a hell of a pain of a conversion to make if you're looking at going totally naked (fnaar! ), if it was me I'd actually look around at naked bikes including the SV naked and consider changing bike altogether...
