Default Removing FI-Internation restriction kit

Hi Guys,

Its been two years since my test now and want to take out my FI-Restrictor kit.
Spoke to the bloke at my garage who said its an easy job to do, Just lift up tank, airbox off and they should be in the carbs.
Did that but I couldnt see anything that looked like the small picture in the FI-International installation guide.
If someone could just give me steps I need to take that would be great.
Please do note I am talking about the FI kit though, not the suzuki's own restrictor that you already have a guide for.

take off the airbox and you'll see the carbs. When you open the throttle butterflies (twist the thottle griptwist) you'll be able to peer down inside and you'll see the small aperture hole which is the restrictors. Take the carbs off (they just need to be lifted off, no major work really) and carefully pull the washers out (dont drop anything into the engine!). replace carbs (make sure they are sealed properly), replace airbox etc etc. Start up bike, take it out for a ride. Get into third gear and pin the throttle. Grin like a loon.

Once back home, curse at the amount of money you paid for a flimsy bit of circular metal with a hole drilled in the middle.

Thanks Alpinestarhero, I managed to do some searching yesterday and did find a topic with a bit of guidance, so boo for me for not searching right, the link is: http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.p...+international

As for pinning it and grinning like a loon, Yea did that. Also did curse the amount of money I paid for a bleeding washer.
