streetfighter style!

hey all i have an sv650 sk1 (half faired) that i want to turn into a streetfighter project bike, i know its easier to use an sv650n as a base as it has different bars etc but i want to do it in stages anyway.
First things first, can anyone recommend a headlight unit that will fit onto the current brackets for the fairing, or will need very little alteration as i would like to be able to swap it bak to standard easily for MOT etc.
I quite like the look of the simple 2spotlight idea however i also love the acerbis LED range but have been told the headlights are useless for actual light quality.
How hard is it to change the bars from low down to mid height straight bars?
I know my way around bikes but i dont know alot about swappin parts to non-stock ones, e.g. bars n forks etc... any help or advice or links to websites selling cheap useful parts would be awesome!!!
This is something i really wana take time with n really improve my sv!

Unlikely, the mounting for the standard headlight is quite specific, I very much doubt there will be any other unit that will fit it in any convenient way.

Easiest is to swap for a top yoke from a naked, that has the handlebar mounts you need. The alternative is handlebar clamps drilled and bolted to the top yoke, not exactly difficult but as there is a yoke that fits straight on I'd look for one of those first.
