Default Advice needed SV Broken!

HI Guys,
Doing three figures down the A2 and my engine started banging! upon closer inspection there appeared to be no oil! Doh! Lesson learned, When you ride the bike hard it uses more oil!

Anyway what do I do now, Am going to sell the SV but do I a sell it as a rolling chassis or b buy a new engine and get it fitted then sell it as a working bike. its a 2002 curvy in fair condition

?

Bid you £20 for it.
Choice is yours. You could sell as is for a pittance or spend about £300 on a used engine and fit that yourself. If you pay a garage to do the work it will probably cost you more to fix than it is worth.

Holdup is right, its most prob the big end shells, rattled to f*ck, come off and now clunking around with the cylinders... This did make me check mine tho and ill soon need a top up!

Hmm, the A2... Horrible road!!!

Break the bike. You'll make a fortune from the parts. I'll give you 100 squid for the headlights alone..
