Smile New Foal

Arrived back at my house today after a night out, to find a new tenant in my field

She is gorgeous! I'll try to get some closer shots as mum gets to know me better.

I want a field

Are those big enough to ride? What do you use them for otherwise as the adult looks pretty small.

My ex-wife sold her horse (well technically a pony @ 13.4 HH - but she was a sturdy beast and so is a horse in my book!) when we split, so these are ponies that belong to a friend. The Mum (Bodlon) would probably be able to carry someone up to about 8st and under 5'4" but I may be wrong - by no means an expert!

These are show ponies and not broken for riding though. Their owner shows Welsh Cobs and is well known on the show circuit. He has quite high hopes for the foal, as she is so well proportioned.

There is a fella up the road that keeps several horses as driving horses and shows these in the driving classes as well has going out on jaunts around the lanes in a buggy.
