Not been riding a year yet! Don't think I'll hit 10K though.

I find that when I get a new to me bike I am out on it all the time but as the novelty wears off I become more selective, picking my weather, selecting where.
Don't get that wrong, the pleasure is still in it but once you have done all your "local"
rides umteen times you become more fussy about going out on the bike.
Having said that I still manage in excess of 6K per annum and that is all pleasure riding
and I have been riding motorbikes for 46years so it may take a little time to wear off

On my 11th month at the min...approx 6,200 miles! Don't have much riding planned for this month either, going to be away with work / walking in the lake district!

That's like 200 miles a weekend O.O I'm guessing you've got a lot of spare time!

I've only done about a month's worth of work riding since i passed end of Jan and i've covered 4k ish. Can just get carried away a bit. 'Yeh my **** hurts like crazy and i fancy a pint... of coke... but it's only 15 miles to the next town.' Etcetc... carry on riding :P
