Got this yesterday, its quite fun. A bit tatty round the edges but wasn't much money, mechanically its better then cosmetically!
![]() ![]() Err.. I whoopsied.. ![]() A very nice undertray that it'll be such a shame to paint over. Quickly. ![]() Its obviously totally different to ride then the SV. Commuting is just miserable, its so heavy and wide and the clutch is destroying my left arm. No low fuel light (I found out the hard way) Its a bitch to push around in car parks and my garage. I however only commute to get to work, so when I finish work it becomes the best bike ever. That front end although famous for its goodness has astounded me, there is so much grip and feel. I tip into corners and just feel like I'm going to slow. So I go less slow and it'll just lean and lean. Hit a bump or crappy bit of road mid corner and it does nothing. No change of line, bars barely wiggle. The noise. OMG the noise. I like the noise. It ****ing howls. Its like the SV sounded like a big yankee V8, this is like a lambourgini on full chat. Comfortable cruising speed is in naughty land, I haven't topped it out yet (haven't even tried) but I did try on the SV and have already eclised that. Me likes. |

You do know it has a reserve tap?
![]() Can't say I like the colours, but that's no reason to crash it already ![]() I loved commuting on mine - even filtering in London -you'll get used to it, don't remember the clutch being particularly heavy. I saw 160 on the speedo Awesome bike - enjoy ![]() |
