LED Bulbs for tail/brake light - SV650.org

Hi will LED bulbs work in the rear light of a k2 curvy instead of the originals. Do you need to change anything or can you just swap them straight over. Got a clear cover and want to fit some Red LEDs.

Yes they work i got some on mine got them from i nice guy from her but cant remember who

Thats what i want them for my existing bulbs have started to look a little pink instead of red now so i thought that seen as though i'm changing them i might as well upgrade.

are they road legal? a few that i've seen say there not.

ones with built in indicators are not road legal

only if the indicators are connected though. My SV has got one of those LED panels with indies, I just didn't bother connecting them up.

If you are going to get some LED bulbs (as in direct replacement) make sure you get some decent ones. I bought cheap ones and whenever I braked the clock lights came on. Only solved the problem by fitting some decent ones
