Pointys = Good ... Simple ............... yeah if you look at the top of the page at the banner the one on the left is a curvy and the one on the right is a pointy ........ and i think your right with the pre/post ..... there may be a 2003 curvy and pointy though .,

Yes
Curvy: 1999-2002 ![]() ![]() Pointy: 2003-2009 ![]() ![]() Only main differences between the two is the styling, riding position is a tad different, and the later versions have Fuel Injection. Other than that the bikes are basically the same |

well i'll do the nasty man bit then
if your a new rider eg just passed test get a curvy because a/ you will drop it b/ you may crash it c/ they are cheaper d/ they are just as good as pointies (it actually pains me to say pointies are good) e/ they are cheaper to fix f/ if ya get one of here eg one of the orgers sell you one privately you will get allot more history with the bike eg someone else will normally vouch that its a good bike or they have done the services on it for said seller (this is my experiance and in no way is the opinion or stance of the org itself) goodluck with the search dave |
