knocking forks. what causes this?
hi all, i have a knocking fork issue and play when the front brake is on. I sstarted looking at it as i thought it was the head set brearing. Altough have a few min's playing dicovered the play is from the forks and can hear / feel moving at the bottom of the forks.
what is the cause of this? its a curvey with 22 thou on the clock. thanks to your help as always  Rob |

The fork bushings if you are certain the play is not from the headstock.

I thought as much. deffo not the headstock, time for uprated springs as well then. |

Seals, anti friction bushes, oil. Might as well do the springs while you're there.
