I posted on here a few weeks ago, asking advice on a 2nd bike as well as the SV and I was looking at a D600 or CBR, well i'm pleased to say, i went with my heart and picked up this little beauty last week!
She's my first sports bike, and all i can say is WOW! I'm taking advantage of the great weather at the moment and using it to commute on, before she gets tucked away for the winter. I must say, its not as comfortable as the SV, but it's certainly not uncomfortable, not problem with wrist ache etc... Last edited by Leeb; 24-09-09 at 09:36 AM. |

I dunno i still love the SV, I have a K5 naked, so 2 totally different bikes, but your right, I've taken the daytona to work for the last 7 days, and every day it just gets better and better!! No i don't mind you asking. Mileage is 8k, ftsh. 2 owners from new. Think i got a little end of season bargain on this one. I paid £2200 for it, the guy had just got a new job and needed a car desperately and needed it gone asap. It's it very good nic too, the only marks are on the seat hump, few little scratches where you catch your boot as you get off. Nice chap too, he was pretty local to me, we've spoke since I bought it, and we'll be going out for a ride next summer when he gets himself another bike. |
