Thumbs down Epic brake problem

Right my front brake is the badest it has ever been its pretty much as bad as not having any brakes. Heres the problem lever has no real prusher behind it brake fluid seems to be leaking from the top and bottom of the master cyclinder and also there is brake fluid all over the left cailper near the bleed niple.

I have just fitted new pads and all the seals in both cailpers plus new bleed nipples new braded lins plus banjo bolts and washetrs also new seal cap and screws for the master cyclinder the only thing i havent done is the overale kit for the master cyclinder. All bolts and screws are done up to there torque settings and all seemed fine when i bleed the system. I have now just ridden to work which is about 2miles tops and the lever has gone **** and as stated above about the brake fluid leaking. I have spent over £150 on new parts and fitted them as stated above but there is still no improvment so what can i do now to fix them and what is the problem as i have had enought and might just book it in the suzik garge and let them fix it whilst charging me the earth which isnt something i want to do please help org p.s soz bout spelling as im on my iphone at work

Cheers for reading

couple of things to try 1st,
1st of all did you use new copper washers with the bango bolts, if not get some and try that.
2nd with the bleed nipple screw and unscrew a few times when it has seated i.e. tighten it, undo an 8th of a turn then retighten, do this half a dozen times. you should find with every time you tighten it up it goes in a little further and will bed into the seating taper in the calliper.

You need to sort the leaks before you do anything else, make sure the bleed nipple is fitted correctly. It will be an easy fix so don't let yurself get worked up about it. Just work through the leaks and bob will be your mothers brother

Was everything spotlessly clean when you reassembled? The slightest dirt/grit behind a seal can cause all kinds of problems. Out of interest why did you need to replace the bleed nipples and banjos? I don't think I've ever bought either of those.

sort leaks first , then leave over night , some times if you have been pumping the brakes a lot while bleeding them or air getting in the brake fluid air ates mini bubbles that you can't see hence you still have air in the system another old trick is put a laggy band on your brake leaver over night!!!

yes it was, bleed nipples i replaced as the old ones were rusty and full of crap as they didnt have covers and would not bleed proply. banjo bolts and washers were replaced as i had the new braided lines fitted

dose laggy band over night work. a lot of people talk about it. and am i right in saying that it should let all the air rise to the top ??

if it works or not is debatable , but it's free to try and if it works it works and yes your right should let air to top.
