![]() we went to Corelejo, quite quiet but we both really liked it, the lowest temp was 35 degrees but on two or three days it was in the low 40's. Sorry DT we did get Amanda's dad a stick of rock & i would have bought you one back if you'd been a bit quicker with the reply, maybe next time. Thanks Diz, we had a great time & i've only got one little white bit left now. |

Did you come down the coast to Calleta? Thats where mommy lives, I could have gotten you a discount with Back Trax had you fancied a day out off-roading it through some Fue' Mountains. |

Yeah you can see Lanzarote & Isla Lobos or some such across the water, spent a few evenings sitting outside restaurants on the harbour eating & looking out at them, thought it was really nice & everyone was very friendly, no we didn't get to Calleta this time, isn't that the place you get to see some fantastic sunsets? We did do a tour of Lanzarote though, the guide was superb, we went through the national park which still has active volcanic areas, they have a big metal griddle over a hole in the ground & use the heat that comes from the hole to do all the cooking for the restaurant, they also put some volcanic gravel in your hand & if you can manage to keep hold of it you can bring it home, jesus it was hot but it's now sitting in the lounge, i'm dead hard me!!! |
