How do I get the theme tune out of my head. Rode down to work in Bristol yesterday, 260 mile round trip whilst whistling/humming the Postman Pat theme.

How do you amuse yourself on a ride?

I find generally listening to it again reboots the hard drive in my brain and deletes it. Although it won't be long before some other tune takes its place.

What ever you do, dont start thinking about another song to try push it out of your head.
"I know a song that will get on your nerves" - That would be a terrible thing to start thinking about.

i have in helmet headphones so just play music as i go along, so if u see a random biker on a blue pointy at lights bobbing his head like an insane man, that's me
