wow quick delivery

i have a habit of breaking phones so i got my new one insured

on monday i used my phone (all touch screen jobby) with glue on my thumb and had to take it off with a chisel which resulted in some hairline scratches, then i got loads of saw dust under the screen and after dropping it its been playing up and yesterday i had enough and decided to claim on my insurance.

called through at about 6:45pm last night to arrange a new one to be sent out, they said i would receive my new one between 9am and 1pm, corrier knocked the door at 9:30am

sod the royal mail these guys are better (i didn't catch the name)

Sounds like Orange? Next day is the norm with them.

How long has it taken you to figure that out?... I knew you were slow but I've met snails that are quicker than you! Lol
