Default got shunted off....

by a freeeeking BUS!

just moving off from traffic lights - bout 3 cars back (had been filtering) move into a gap in the right hand lane... next thing there is a massive big piece of metal pushing me sideways... thankfully was only going bout 10mph... it all happened so fast i remember seeing bus just a tad too close and then i was stepping over the bike.. (bus had swerved to avoid shunting a BMW that just stopped for no reason!)

dont seem to be any damage to the bike but daylight may reveal more! i was amazed at the amount of people who came to assist.. wish i had been more "withit" and not shaking like a bloody leaf in a storm to says thanks

i was a bit shook up.. slight stiff arm and neck dunno why...

needless to say the journey home was extremely slow and careful

Scary!

Buses are flipping big up close, aren't they?

Good you are OK.

thanks guys any damage will be covered by the bus company.. but as far as i can see nothing wrong.. the policeman that appeared from nowhere said to have the bike checked anyway incase there an underlying problem... pity the bike fell on the right side cos i coulda done with a new left fairing and clutch lever (self inflicted stupidity months ago)

as for confidence taking a knock... started bike and tried to put into gear with sidestand down when leaving... took me a while to figure out why it kept cutting out
