Some skateboard riders are beyond belief!!

As a follow on from thulfi's suggestion of getting a skateboard because of Islington Council's new 20mph limit (Biking issues) I though that this act of cruelty needed the org's attention.

Did you ever read anything so ridiculous. Prosecuted for killing a feral pigeon. It's as bad as BillyC's prosecuted for parking on your own land

thing is if the girl had injured the pigeon, and someone took it to the RSPCA, EVEN if the it would be ok with a bit of treatment, i reckon they would kill it themselves.

I am NOT a fan of the RSPCA!!

How was it killed? not clear from the article. Did it get run over (in which case I agree - stupid prosecution) or was the skateboard used to whack it cricket bat style? "hit with a skatboard" suggests it's the latter, which is just plain cruelty and I have no problem with the offender being done for it.
