as per the title.
Now the only meal that i only ever cook is spag bowel. However............How do you know how much pasta to use for 2 people? Is there any methodas techniques people use as i end up chucking so much pasta out every time i cook. |

If you are using fusilli sized pasta I always use a standard coffee mug and do one mug full per person - always seems about right

We usually allow 80 grammes per person, seems plenty for a decent serving.

I have a serious addiction to this stuff and end up eating 3 times normal portions, except when quests come round
