If you are using fusilli sized pasta I always use a standard coffee mug and do one mug full per person - always seems about right

We usually allow 80 grammes per person, seems plenty for a decent serving.

I have a serious addiction to this stuff and end up eating 3 times normal portions, except when quests come round

Chuck a couple of handfuls onto 1 plate, when its cooked, there's enough for 2 plates. Tada!
