I NEVER park in diplomatic bays. I avoid diplomatic plate cars like the plague too.

Many years ago while being a pizza delivery nutter on my C90 i was attacked by a diplomatic plate car. Ended up with me on the pavement and C90 under his car, him out the car trying to kick 7 shades out of me but getting a headbutt from a lid for his efforts...till his mate jumped out and decked me from behind.

Report incident to police and very impressed when i get a follow up call the very next day. Diplomatic Protection Group want to interview me in regard to "ramming a diplomatic car" with my C90 and "attempting to injure or perhaps kidnap the occupants". I kid you not.
Dont mess with Diplomatic Immunity. the driver of a car with D plates can pretty much do anything he or she wants and the chances of you getting any justice against them is virtually nil.
