When I went into hospital last week I somehow forgot I was a smoker for the nearly three days I was there. When I got home I saw my tobacco pouch and lighter laying on top of the fridge where I'd left them when the ambulance took me in, and suddenly remembered that I smoked. I decided that if I hadn't smoked for that long then let's see how long I can survive without for.

Well it's been a week since I got home and I haven't had a smoke yet, so I'm celebrating the event with a bag of satsumas. When I get a ciggie pang I have a satsuma, it's working at keeping me off the smokes and keeps the weight down.

Top man! and with all those satsumas, you'll be regular too

Just be careful though.

Dont overdose on satsumas, theres nasty side effects...
