Default Expensive Journey to work (Yes, bike down)

Going to work this morning, bike went over at about 5mph maybe less.

Not sure if my head hit the floor, I think I know the general answer to this one, but new helmet?

Brake lever is bent, and crash bung/my lung took the brunt of the fall, so plastic are ok.

Brake level - should I replace whole unit? Bend it back? etc opinions please?

Replace the crash bung? It looks fairly damaged so..

At the risk of sounding old and boring ....

Mate, this is your future you're playing with ..... strongly think about the concequences of your actions ....

It might be funny now, sat at home on the sofa eating mums food, using mums electricity, in mums house .... but I'll tell you .... lifes no picnic even on decent money with bills (mortgages, kids(not that i've got any yet), council tax, food, etc) ..... line up your future, because tomorrow will be today before you know it .....

E..D.. Sorry to hear that mate-----Brake lever, gently heat over a gas ring on the cooker just till it is hot and ease, repeat, ease, it back into shape. You may have to heat it a couple of times and repeat-----do not try and force it all the way at once
PATIENCE and a vice, little by little

P.S USE THE CAR INSTEAD OF TRYING TO BE A RUFFTY TUFFTY BIKER---there is black ice everywhere and is it worth it when we have minus degrees at nights and a bit of thaw before work just enough to make it more slippy.
