Recommend good touring bike?
Can anyone recommend a good touring bike for touring holidays and day-to-day use? My budget is up to £1500 but I don't really want to spend that much if it's not necessary. Prefer steel frame. I'm 6'3" if that makes a difference. Thanks.

I bought an old Pan European (ST1100) for around that mark last year to go touring on, my Dad's got it now and it's still going strong.
Ugly as sin, but easily the comfiest bike you'll ever ride - and if absolute truth be told, I can ride it harder than I can the Blade... |
