Curvy 2001 SV650S Fuel Tank in Pearl Canyon Yellow (Y9F) + in March > bike

I have a fuel tank advertised on ebay at the moment but if you want to make me an offer here thats fine (see below for details).
I'll also be selling my bike soon if anyones interested.
2001 Pearl Canyon Yellow curvy 650S with lower fairings, standard exhaust + blue flame race can (if wanted), uprated fork springs, braided hoses, everything else pretty standard, only 12000 & something miles. Will put it on here with pics next month hopefully.

This fuel tank was taken off my bike after I hadn't ridden it for a couple of years. It (the bike) was stored in a garage but unfortunately I didn't run it regularly so the fuel tank started to rust inside.
The tank has since been removed and replaced with another one.

I have since treated the inside of the tank using a kit with an alkaline (Marine Clean) to remove the old 'gone off' fuel, an acid (Metal Ready) to treat the rust and then finished off with a coating of isocyanate paint (POR-15) to seal the inside and prevenmt further rust.
(I did all this at work over two weeks - where we have large ovens etc - to ensure the best possible results).

The outside is in a very good condition with no dents. There is only one area where the paint has chipped whilst I was dealing with the rust. It is on the bottom edge of the tank (so not really seen) and I have added a layer of grey primer so this shouldn't be a problem.

This is an ideal replacement tank for the SV650 or 650S or perhaps a spare for track use etc.
Colour is Peral Canyon Yellow, colour code Y9F.

I would recommend pickup as the item is obviously quite large but I will post it if required (£12.00 in the UK). I may also be willing to deliver if it isn't too far away.

Forgot to say, this is just the tank, none of the extra bits that are needed with it as they are on the repalacement tank now on my bike.
