Default Anyone found a replacement for Nav4All?

I used Nav4All on my phone because my wife kept running off with the sat nav, now that service has gone down the tubes (probably because the guys that produced the maps have jumped into bed with Nokia, who are now giving away free sat nav with their phones, so Nokia have eliminated the competition)

I'd love to find another free sat nav software, that does turn by turn navigation.

Even better if it doesn't download routes from the web as you never have a decent data signal when you need it most, although cost of data is not an issue as my work pays the bill.

Don't want to pay an annual subscription either.

If I can't find an alternative I'm going to buy copilot, you can get it from about 35 quid.

only post if you have something valid to offer in this thread...
I still can not post in this thread as I've not got a mobile phone that will run Nav software...

New version of Ovi Nokia maps does turn by turn directions for free.

*Faceplant* I'll read the original post properly next time.

I have a SonyE phone and i downloaded wisepilot from the SE Mobilesite. Looks better than Nav4All and AFIKN is free. The phone was meant to be shipped with it, but hadnt been written for W995. Havent used it in anger yet, but looked ok when i fiddled with it the other day.

Maybe free with the SE, the rest of us have to pay subscription.

How have you found Ovi Maps? Ive just downloaded it today for 3 months cos we've got a few rideouts planned.
How reliable is it? Does it keep up with the bike ? What problems have there been with it? Thanks, KJ x
