Default refitting baffle

I drilled the rivet out to remove the baffle but now want it back in. The noise is becoming a pain now.

What size bolt do I need to refit? assuming I can just use a shallow bolt and nut? Or should I wait until I'm at the in laws for him to rivet it in?

PS. I hope you also used a spring washer or thread lock, as the vibrations from the exhaust will rattle the nut and bolt loose...

- it's not nice having a baffle down the exhaust!

Happy fishing if it does!

I take it the general idea most people have is to remove the baffle?
I have a scorpion street extreme and tried it without the baffle and couldnt decide if it was too loud or not (as in loud enough to draw attention from police)

Have you tried putting a nut and bolt in that fill the hole?

If you have a 6mm hole, fit an m6 bolt. An 8mm hole, an m8. You should use a spring washer too as has been mentioned. .
