I drilled the rivet out to remove the baffle but now want it back in. The noise is becoming a pain now.
What size bolt do I need to refit? assuming I can just use a shallow bolt and nut? Or should I wait until I'm at the in laws for him to rivet it in? |

I take it the general idea most people have is to remove the baffle?
I have a scorpion street extreme and tried it without the baffle and couldnt decide if it was too loud or not (as in loud enough to draw attention from police) |

Have you tried putting a nut and bolt in that fill the hole?
If you have a 6mm hole, fit an m6 bolt. An 8mm hole, an m8. You should use a spring washer too as has been mentioned. . |
