Leicestershire Bikesafe.
At last in keeping with a few other forces, Leicestershire police force are offering Bikesafe courses FREE of charge for those who live in the county throughout 2010.

not really that kind of day, there more concerned about improving your riding,, i know people went last year with small plates etc. and nothing was said
