Accountant

If this isn't allowed, mods please remove...

Simply put, I have some spare time, and wondered if anybody had a small limited company or business that they need an accountant/bookkeeper for.

yup been working for property companies for the past 12 years - which is not great at the moment.

Hmm, this has led me to an idea, possibly a sticky post at the top of Idle Banter, where people who are happy to rend assistance to list their trade.

Anyway, at the minute, I'm doing Status Quo's accounts, but I actually work in insolvency.

Unlikely, someone with that many assets would be crazy to let themselves go bankrupt. I know it does and has happen, but I can't see it at the minute, you'd be surprised how some of the old bands do.

My dad manages barclay james harvest (ft les holroyd) at the minute who are a prog rock band with a very very small following in the UK. But you can still buy dvds/cds in shops over here, and they have some good european tours on still.

mum n dad are both accountants (mum for 15 years dad for 20+) not much going at the moment apparently (mums looking for new job)

Indeed, there are bits and pieces around. It's not my main income so just a bit to fill my spare time and help me save for a house.
