Default Power Wheelies

How do you bring them back down again?

My new bike is prone to wheelying under power. I know I could not accelerate so hard but where is the fun in that. The problem I have is that I don't know how to bring them back down again without shutting off the throttle. This has the effect of bringing the front wheel down rather rapidly. What else can I do to bring it down a little more gently?

Put more weight over the front or use the back brake.
The front of my bike lifts easily under power too, just skick more weight over the tank when you decide to grab a handfull of throttle.

I don't actually mind it wheelying. I was just looking for a little more finesse.

I always found the back brake was better than just shutting off. As with applyng weight to the front.
