Credit Crunch Convertible For Sale

Well as the title suggests, here is a real credit crunch beating cabriolet for sale.

It is in good original condition, the only aftermarket item are the Ronal R20 alloys, two of which are ok but if it was mine would be having a refurb. 2 tyres are OK and the other two are good.

After driving a few miles in it, I can say it pulls well inevery gear and the engine is very quiet and refined and I wouldn't hesitate in going anywhere in it (in fact until it sells me and the kids will be using it as it seems to be giving me cool dad status). The clutch is a bit high and could do with adjusting and it is currently idling at 750 rpm, which I think needs to be adjusted to about 1k rpm.

Comes with all the original owners handbook etc and even the original Sony CD Head Unit.

Hood has no cuts or slashes and is manual. Also has the tonneau cover and a wind deflector.

It is sort of light metallic green actually not a bad colour (my kids think it is cool).

Interior is in good condition, but the seats would benefit from a wash.

Has original VW overmats too which are in good condition.

All of the electrics work fine, the 4 x e/winds go up and down as they should.

It fits 4 adults perfectly with plenty of room to spare and the boot isn't too bad either.

There are some imperfections bodywork wise, but it doesn't detract from the overall appearance of the car.

That's it - £1499 ono. Sun is out what a bargain!
