Default Hey all

Hey all,

New to the forum, randomly started talking to 'Sunshine' at Quatt Cafe today and he told me about the forum and what ya get up to so thought I'd join up

Been riding since the start of August last year after persuading my parents to let me get a bike, got a CBF125, had that til March and part ex'd it in for an SV650s as I was doing my test soon. Riding a AJS now, pretty awful, but have been given it by the dealer while I wait to pass my test!

Look forward to chatting to you all, and going on a few ride outs!

Al

Cheers, great little bike, wish I still had it! I know how awesome it was now, comparing it to the AJS and YBR that I've rode!

i know, ive ridden a fair few 125's and although many were faster than me CBF the CBF was by far teh most enjoyable, cause it was easy to ride, reasonably quick, and never, ever ran outa petrol
when you doin you test??

Test rode an Aprilia RS125, even if it was faster and 'cooler' the CBF was the ultimate commuter. A £5 fill up at the start of the week would last til Friday commuting, fantastic!

20th April for mod 1, got mod 2 booked for the 6th may - may be sooner since I've got the AJS to do it on! As long as I get passed for the Thundersprint on the 9th May I'm happy.
