Hi,
Im looking for a baffle to fit a stainless steel oval fuel exhaust. Just bought it on ebay but doesn't have a baffle in it. I need an MOT in a couple months so want to make sure I have the baffle to fit for then. Also, im a bit of a newb to bike mechanics; could someone send me some info on fitting an aftermarket exhaust? My K7 currently has the standard exhaust fitted. I have the link pipe for this exhaust. Thanks! |

to start with look for a universal baffle off ebay then fit it (may need to drill a small hole for the bolt in the exhaust out let)
fitting the exhaust is easy ![]() if you look at the exhaust just under the rider foot peg you can see a weld mark 2inch up from that towards the back of the bike, then cut straight through the pipe on the marked point cut so its 2inch from that well all round then the link pipe will slip over and you can then fit the other pipe EDIT if you look at the blue mark thats the weld you need to cut 2 inch up from that where the yellow line is Last edited by barwel1992; 14-04-10 at 08:35 PM. |
