help still prob with bike

still have prob with the sv

right this is whats been happerning

went for a ride all was ok then the bike started back fireing and running on 1 intermitntly. but all the time if that makes sense.

so today changed the plugs

went for a ride to the garage to get some fuel (v-power) and now its still doing it but no its differant.

befor it was popping all the way through the revs and jumping arround all over the place.

now its seams to of lost power and pops and bangs like mad at the higher rev range. but the hopping arround has kind of stoped.

any idears as its realy getting to me now. its that bad i either fix it bin it.

could it be your ht leads going to your sparks, have you tried swaping them over to check, the water in the fuel may be worth a look as is carp in the carbs/ also balance them, have you been running without/low oil may have damaged the engine, after that mate im out of ideas sorry

edit one last one and that is if the fuel gettin to the carbs ok eg fuel line damage/twisted/wrecked

check coils and leads , and plug caps on properly and also check the paire hoses one comes from each cylinder to a junction on the right hand side of air box also check air box rubbers and air box lid is on correctly.

im going to check all that next.

just went to local stealers and thay said something about the valve setting service. going to cost £300?

Take a look at the right hand side, as you sit on it. Just under the tank. There are some hoses about 20mm dia going into a three way (IIRC) splitter. Check that they are all fitted correctly.
When I fitted a scottoiler I disconnected one so I could get to the Vac easier. I forgot to re connect it and the bike was backfiring loads.
