Default Can I an oil filter in a car motorfactors

Is the an alternative oil filter available for an 02 sv650s,I tried my local place and they couldnt find one with the part no I gave them,He said it was a japanese no,

16510-03G00 this is the no on my filter,my local Suzuki dealer is miles away and I wont be able to get there til next Monday, This is why I need an alternative.

I saw the hiflo one on ebay,is the 138 number to look for,hein are 30 miles away too,could I get the hiflo type in a car motor factors?

HF-138 is hiflos part number for that, fits loads of suzukis from 80s onwards.

K+N or whatever may have different number.
