Default Will a pointy bellypan fit a curvey?

Simple q - someone selling a pointy pan, and I can't see any reason myself why it wouldn't fit? Surely the bottom end of the engine casing where it fits cant be much different?

Cheers.

Wouldnt have thought much difference as the mounting brackets will just need slight adjusting but better wait till some one who knows gives it the OK.

Yes, but dependant on the exact fit it may be a bit gappy as the Curvy does not have the oil cooler that the Pointy is fitted with. Also some Pointy bellypans use the oil cooler bracket as their front mounting, you won't have that so something else may need to be improvised, dependant on which make of bellypan it is - other brands may have different brackets.

I dont know about other brands but my powerbronze one has sperate brakets that bolt onto the lower part of the egine casings, so no interaction with the iol cooler.
