Ideas for possible charity event

Ok, I'm a member of the XRV forum and for the past 3 years we have organised/taken part in an annual charity motorbike ride. In 2008 we did John Ogroats to Lands end in under 24 hrs, last year we did the 5 capitals in under 24 hours (Edinburgh to Belfast, Dublin, Cardiff and finished in London). This year we did furthest east to furthest west from sunrise to sunset. all raising money for charity (if all goes well this year - a total of £65,000)

I have decided I'm wanting to something a little more fun and want to set a 100cc and £500 limit on the scooters or bikes taking part in a seperate event. I need ideas for the actual event - Routes, from where and finish point and why? a couple of us have suggested a superheroes dress theme but need more input from people - any ideas??

I'm looking at next August (2011) for the event.
