Default shoei raid 2 question

Ok folks just got a question for people with a raid 2

can you lick the chin bar while your wearing it? i noticed this the other day on the way back from scotland at high m way speeds it seems to push it back onto your head (compresing the cheek pads) and i can almost kiss the chin bar. This doesnt seem right to me and im wondering if the pads were on their way out or something? So what are others like?

I can do it with my Raid 2 if I'm doing in excess of say, 65mph. Still feels nice and snug though.

I had an autocom mic tucked in there, and I could touch it with my lips, so yes.

I could do it on my XR1000 and also on my new XR1100... I have to be seriously motoring along to manage it though.

not answering the question but I have the same thing with my arai RX7. Only just enough room for the autocom mic in there.

And shoei tech support await the calls from myriad window-licking bikers going "will dribble damage the finish?"
