Damn - failed.
At 1:30am this morning, with hip, back, thigh and knee screaming, and me full of some fantastic painkilllers I decided to put some Voltarol pain killing gel on the offending hip and knee.
At 1:35am I was busy cursing, and washing off toothpaste. Next time I'll switch the light on.
