Default music making a CD for the wedding..

Fortunatly im not doing the vocals, just selecting the tracks.
I was wondering if any of you loverly org lot know how to blend say 10songs into 1 track on a CD so that we're not having long pauses between songs after the ceremony while all the pics and boring shizzle takes place.

Cheers for any help in advance.

Could you not use an ipod, no gaps then.

Just put all the tracks on the cd and tell whoever puts the music on to play the lot? If you mean the 2 second gap automatically added between tracks...that can be changed when you burn the cd.

that was the original plan, but when one song ends it usually fades out, then you get the next one fading in. It leaves a silent spot.
If all songs could be merged into 1 CD track then it will just be played no problems.

Only needs to last about 3hours 4 to be safe.

How about getting some free editing software, putting the music you want into it and then saving it as one .mp3 to then play in your ipod?

Not sure how good this link will be but it is one of the first ones when doing a googlie search.

If you are using Windows Media Player or CDBurner XP, then set them up on a play list, then burn them to disc. It will ask you if you want a gap between each track or not before burning.

Or send the 10 tracks to me on a cd and I'll re-burn it for you with no gaps.
