Default Praise for Philip Youles Manchester

I just wanted to say a public thanks to the staff at Philip Youles in Manchester and Girth in particular.

A minor warrenty claim has been sorted in less than 24 hours and I am getting two new brake disks, new pads and bolts etc as mine are showing blueing on one disk.

There have been a few other times they have been more than helpfull, so;

Thank you all at Youles Manchester!

What does that blueing indicate/mean?

I dunno!

Our chief bike instructor/examiner said it was a heating issue where the disk hadn't been treated or cast properly.

TBH, it's probably cosmetic, but would you risk the brakes not being right?

First thing I noticed about the bike when I first saw it on the NW weekend just gone.
Glad you got it sorted.
