your local parts distributors would be your 1st port of call, not the big places the small ones that will supply to the local garages, they'll most likely be cheaper than most places plus willing to do a discount for cash. Check the parts before leaving though as there's a trend at the mo of garages buying parts only to take certain bits out teh box and send them back claiming they didn't need them so if its not sealed either ask for another or check it out
mate owns a parts place down by the docks he's got a big problem with garages doing that........... gets the money back on teh next order though ![]() |

Vauxhall would replace there crappy dual mass fly wheel for free under warranty. Might be worth checking it out. only down side is VX want you to buy a clutch to go with it that works out as £250. Most local garages would do it for £200 labour, fly wheel and clutch!!!

Cheapest I have found so far is £385 delivered for flywheel, clutch and slave cylinder then 6 hours of labour minimum, some say 8. For a garage to do it........not good.

Probably cost somewhere in the region of £500. Might as well throw a clutch in aswell while its open which will put the bill up even more!!! Bad times
