Darren thinks a top yoke he bought at a discount from us then cancelled is more important than my family, sad! He still wants the top yoke but cant get his head round how much he has annoyed me with his total lack of understanding of our family situation.

I understand and am sorry for your loss Matt. But the fact is, it had absolutely nothing to do with the terrible service I got.

I ordered the yoke 01-06-10. Here is the original pm I got from you

Delivery times are simply because sometimes we have huge workloads going through the machines and we do the jobs in the order they were ordered by our customers. We offer a very healthy discount for forum members so if they arent happy with the delivery time they can always go elsewhere and pay full price (and will usually wait around 2-4 weeks as no other UK supplier stocks this item)

We currently do a complete SV650S 03 kit which includes Top yoke and risers, stainless brakelines, throttle cables, renthal bars, bar ends and grips for £232.05 thats a discount of £62.50.

The current price for any top yoke from european manufacturers is 225 euros (£195) just for the yoke. We are the UK distributor for the biggest european company so UK dealers would normally contact us for the order anyway.

You will not need to alter the electrical cables, the throttle cables are £42.37 plus vat and the top yoke would be £93.75 plus vat these prices are with your 25% discount. Total including postage at £8 would be £144.12 + vat = £169.34

Delivery time would be 10 days as previously advised due to a massive work load. You need to decide if you want a black or silver top yoke.

You said that it would take you 10 days. Well it's been 2 months now. I think I would have been better going elsewhere as I would have had the yoke a long time ago.

It took you over 6 weeks when I was told 10 days. So they were finished, but I didn't receive them. Well over a week later you told me about your loss. But that was over a week after you told me the yokes were finished. So again, I'm sorry for your loss, but it had nothing to do with the delay. If they were finished on the 13th why weren't they sent the next day by someone?

I ordered the risers 2 months ago, thinking I would have them in plenty of time for my holiday (which I'm on now).
And over a week since I asked for a refund, I still haven't received it.

So don't make me out to be the bad guy here.

It is only you that has a problem, we make parts (we dont just buy them in and add a large percentage) you got a very healthy discount on the item which wasnt even an SV part and we have the item here for you as i told you.

I dont mind if you have the part or not as we dont have problems selling them, we are busier now than we have ever been and the only option for this part is either us or a foreign manfacturer who will NOT give discount and you will get a 19mm thick yoke made from lower grade alloy only in silver for a lot more money. Its up to you!
