I liked the one I had (it was on the bike when I got it). I thought it sounded good, but that is of course subjective. The twin outlet has baffles on each outlet so you can 'tune' the sound slightly. Seemed well built, but don't know why they aren't more popular (or why they are unpopular).

I had one on my SV. I bought it 3rd hand from Monkey off here. After a while it started to rattle so I contacted Blueflame and they asked me to send it them.

2 Weeks later I got a brand new Titanium end can for my SV. I still think they sounded nicer than any other can I heard on an SV.

I obviously rate them... their customer service was faultless.

Well documented issues with builid quality, search the forum. Also there was an issue with incorrect link pipes being supplied and the exhaust not sitting well on the existing pipe work.

I had a blueflame EVO twin outlet titanium on my SV. Over the 18 months I had it, it

Popped several rivets
Both the end caps developed cracks in them.
The can hanger ended up rubbing a hole in the titanium skin.

I contacted Blue Flame who repaired all the damage under warranty, the after sales service was very good. I would have just prefered to not have to use it in the first place.

Exhaust looked good and it sounded awesome though. I think the reason you dont see many is because of the above and also the price. I wouldnt buy another at that price point the Remus range of cans have a much better build quality and sound just as good.

I had the Plain Titanium with Carbon Tip and it was faultless for the 2 years it was on. I got mine at the factory and it was made up there and then, due to speaking to the boss when I travelled up to the factory in 2007. Also because the boss was going on holiday the following friday I got it cheaper if I paid cash instantly, luckily I had the cash
I loved the sound of that can and if I could afford another I would by one for the gsxr.

Ste.

I've had a high level twin port oval carbon can for about 6 months.

Looks good, sounds great even with baffles in, I had no problems with the link pipe or fit. Build quality seems good but I haven't put a load of miles on it.

It did take a month to arrive but that was at the start of the riding season so they might be quicker just now.

From my experience they may have sorted out their problems. Unfortunately for them, it's hard to shake a bad reputation. From comments here and elsewhere, they do at least seem to stick by their guarantee.
