I wish.

Back, hip and shoulder decided sleep wasn't required and wanted to play tunes in my head.

Filled up with a fantastic concoction of pills, and got off to sleep sometime after 3:00am.

Mrs w got up for work at 6:00am, with the usual trumpet fanfare of shower followed by hairdryer but I managed to drift off through all the pan banging. She very kindly(?)

brought me a coffee at 6:30am and a

Not quite in the same vein, but Daddy Maviczap was sound asleep at 7 on Tuesday morning, after a carp nights sleep.

Little darling 5 year old comes in and whispers 'morning', I couldn't be cross, but I would like a proper lie in sometimes.

I had to waker her at ten past 8 yesterday, as she would have slept all morning

Bri, sounds nasty mate. I was kept awake by the noise of the rain this morning as the wind was lashing it against the window. Least its only one more day of work before 4 off!

Bri, this may be teaching you how to suck eggs, but have you tried a TENS machine? I use one and find them quite helpful, especially when I had sleep disrupting pain.
