Default Tonight's cocktail is...

2 x Coedine + 3 x Amatrip-something.

Not had them long but I will be asleep in 1/2 an hour...

Tomorrow morning will be fuzzy but it will be worth it. Not had more than 4 hrs sleep/night in the last week.

500's i think - the first dose is fine but the second knocks me out - I've got to have a mix of co drydamol/ ibruprfoen/ and co- codamyl. Or if things are really bad - shove a couple of tramadol and meptids done my throat

for the sake of one-up-(wo)manship i was gonna list Miss Ophic's cocktail. But I can't spell most of it and it probably wouldn't fit on one page. But she is still sleeping soundly

Not looked at the acu stuff but still have the Norton address you gave me. Spoke to the Mrs last week and I've decided to give him a go.

Its worth a go, it seemed to work ok for my neck, back and shoulder and i only get pain now if its really cold or if i overdo it. I cant take many painkillers as im on permanent asprin, blood thiners so i give it a go. might work might not but better than pain.
