"Boys Pick up your Granny" Says the far too happy Mother

"Phew, this car stinks" Say the Twins about their own car, like its a surprise!

"Wash it"! Says the Smug Mother

"Wash it"? Say the thick twins

"Wash it with Febreze" Says the all knowing Mother

MMMM Fresh! New Car boys"? Says the so irritatingly steriotypical granny.

Punch the lot of them!

I have a tactic to skip ads, pause the program i wanna watch for 10 minutes, go off and do something, come back and then you fast forward the breaks and finish the program at the normal time.

There is a vital flaw to this method. While you are out and about doing other things someone comes in and changes the channel. Arrrgh. Lesson learned, always record the program and then pause it to avoid said kind of incident.

They wouldnt dare! but i have taken your advice on board, and will be implementing it next time i find a half decent prog to watch

Well I remember using it in a library circa 1997 so that's clearly b0llocks, you would have thought the supposedly intelligent people in confused.com's marketing team would have at least known it was 1990s or earlier... IIRC the protocol (or atleast the concept) was actually invented around the 1960s.
Stating an opinion as fact, ok I'll let that pass - stating the wrong ****ing century?- ar5eholes.

I was made to endure an entire two-hour program all about the lives of Jedward by my sister (power was out in all the other rooms and I needed the charger for my laptop!)

I ended up hitting the TV screen. Total and utter wastes of oxygen - they serve NO purpose.
