Default 29th Oct - aristocrat, writer, poet, soldier, courtier, spy and explorer...

Poor old Sir Walter Raleigh...

His head fell off on this day in 1618.

Who will come and spark up in his memory (he popularised tobacco in England too)?

I was supposed to have a day off work, but now that has been cancelled I may pop along for a coffee and pizza.

Got a few bits to do, but should be there.

Cheers Mark.

I'm sure I've mentioned before that I'm not a big fan of standing around in the rain. So it all depends on whether the forecast rain arrives before I do.

Depends on the weather. If it's widdling down, the temptation to stay in with a glass of wine may be too overpowering

Very grey skies and potential showers lost out to home made toad-in-the-hole and a glass of red.

I'm pathetic, I know...I'm also warm, dry, fed and watered

Was good to meet people. Following raf into and out of London made for an interesting experience, filtering through London is not for the faint hearted it seems. Soho is an interesting place too... to put it mildly.
